If you missed part one, read previous post. So for those of you that missed the AFRO BEACH RAVE(Africa's biggest beach rave) organized by Coca-cola, I have news for you, don't worry, I got the scoop on what went down those days. It held from March thirty first to April second at Ember Creek, Victoria Island, Lagos. Before I continue, let's finish up the drama.

As we were digging our legs in the sand, trust me that shit is crazy, this dude wearing a baseball cap walked up to me and said, ''Hi, Can I see you for a minute please.'' (Ok, who is this one now?), well I obliged him. He said his name is Jerry (not real names) and he is the sound guy in charge of fixng the stage for the Afro Beach Rave and he had been observing me for a while (roll my eye, oga monitor). Next thing, huncle's pick up line went like this, ''Hi, at the risk of sounding forward, can I ask you to be my friend?' ehn, Jesus is lawd, I was speechless and just starring at him like that pick up line blew me away, I had to regain my balance. ''Eskees me sir, is that how they toast woman in your village'' I said. Well, that's all jor, y'all like gist too much, the toasting continued inside the party...

The tribe chiefs

The party started by 4pm, now let me tell you a little something about the party: The party was sponsored by Coca-cola and supported by Taxify and Swepps. For the duration of the party, anyone who booked for a ride on  Taxify using a particular code would be brought to the venue from anywhere for free, that wasn't all, there were four tribes; Earth, Air, Water and Fire each controlled by  a tribe chied and they were; the Koko master himself, D;banj (Fire), Nasty C (Water), Shina Peller (Air) and Davido (Earth), a raffle draw was made and a winner emerged for the All Expense paid trip to Russia for the Fifa World Cup Football game, the DJs that came were, Dj Neptunes, Dj Voyst, Dj Obi and Dj Kiss, the program went on into the night, no wonder the time slated was, "Till mama calls."

Upcoming artistes all adorned the stage at different hours and thrilled the crowd with their scintillating  music. The hype mistress, Nnenna, all the way from Abuja wowed the crowd with her lively demeanor  and the DJs were not left out of the fun.

The first day saw Koko Master coming on stage to perform along with Shina Peller, and the DJs giving the people party jams. It was fun, so also the second day. Monday, being the last day was uncontrollable, as fun seekers turned out in large numbers to have the time of their lives dancing to various music and there was also the photo booth where people went to take pictures for free.

The tickets were sold as follows: Regular, eight thousand naira, VIP, fifty thousand naira and which came with tables and chairs for the three days and a free cocktail and The Cabana which sold for one million naira; it permitted ten people for the three days and came with tales, chairs, bed, a Gazebo and Champagne. This was where the big spenders were.

Davido came on stage to perform and the crowd went into frenzy at his performance. The event ended on a high note and everyone went home happy.
